A little information about me.....

As a full time professional real estate agent, I pride myself on offering superior personal service before, during and after your transaction. Knowledge, commitment, honesty, expertise and professionalism are the cornerstone of my business.

I have had a long career in the Real Estate Industry spanning over 25 years, most of my career was spent in Real Estate Financing. I have also spent a good amount of time in Real Estate Sales and Property Development.

Over the span of my career, I have been involved in multiple types of Real Estate financing ranging from interim financing, construction , 'take-out' financing, FHA, VA, Conventional, non-conforming and commercial. I have directly been responsible for such high-profile projects as BIG 5, Office-Max, and residential subdivisions.

I served in many different capacities from Loan Processing, Loan Officer to various levels of Management. My specialties were focused on the knowledge of loan programs and products, laws and regulatory changes as well as new business development for residential mortgage lending. I developed a wide array of business partners, and referral sources including; Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, Builders and Business Owners. In all cases working directly with their clients/borrowers through-out the entire loan process.

The past 25 years I have resided in El Dorado County, enjoying being an active part of my community. I have served on the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, RESPA Ethics Committee, New Realtor Orientation Committee, as well as volunteering with Fiduciary Abuse Specialist Team (FAST) within the El Dorado County Sherriff Department's Special Investigations Unit. I have authored "Money Matters", a local weekly newspaper column to help educate the community with topics relating to real estate and finance.

I am a Father to three Sons and a Daughter. l enjoy being an active father volunteering in school events and coaching their multiple teams. As a family, we enjoy camping, boating, snowboarding, hiking and outdoor activities.
